All of our computer products are second user refurbished products, unless otherwise stated. As a result there may be some slight signs of wear and tear, such as minor scratch marks on exterior casing etc. We do NOT sell refurbished computers or laptops which have obvious or heavy signs of damage or usage, such as large scuffs, scratches or cracks on exterior casing, or pressure marks and blemishes on LCD screens.
We may occasionally offer refurbished computer products which have more significant damage than is usual. This will be clearly pointed out in the description and a price reduction will figure as a result.
All of our refurbished computer products are despatched on a next working day basis with a courier service (Interlink Express). We attempt to ship any order placed through our website within 48 hours of the order placement. Deliveries will take place between 8:30am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday. A signature will be required upon delivery of the item. In the event of no one being available to sign for the item, a calling card will be left to notify the customer of an attempted delivery. The customer will then be required to contact their local depot to arrange for either a re-delivery or collection from the depot in person.
Saturday deliveries can be arranged at an extra cost. Should this service be required, please contact us for a quotation.
We will accept return of a PC, laptop or monitor within a 7 day period from date of invoice for a full refund, less the initial shipping cost. Items that are returned to us must be done so in the original packaging and in the same physical condition as when they were sold. Return shipping arrangements and costs are the responsiblity of the buyer. We can instruct our courier to collect an item and return it to us at the cost of £22.50 (costs will rise for multiple items), which will be deducted from the total refund amount. All refunds will be credited to the payment card originally used when the item was purchased.
Our refurbished computer systems and laptops are covered by a Return to Base (RTB) warranty. That is, the customer is responsible for returning the equipment to our shop and collecting the equipment once it has been repaired. We can arrange for our courier to collect and return the faulty item at a cost of £35.00. The warranty covers parts and labour. Our RTB warranty is valid for 12 months, unless otherwise stated. We do not sell items on a trial basis. We will not refund monies for goods that the buyer does not want due to the product not being a certain colour, shape, size etc. Items covered by our warranty that are considered faulty beyond repair will be replaced with a product of at least equal specification. Should a product be replaced, the warranty period will not extend beyond the original specified period. Our warranty does not cover:-
We also now offer the option of a collect and return warranty service which can be purchased with any PC or Laptop System. Should a relevant product develop a fault within the specified warranty period, we will arrange for collection of the product on a week day of the customer's choice. The product will need to be placed back in its original packaging or equivalent. The product will be returned to us by our courier service and we will either repair or replace the product and return it to the customer. We will attempt to carry this out within 2 working days of reciept although this may take longer if we have to send for replacement parts which we do not have in stock. Collection and subsequent return of the product will be arranged and paid for by us. This warranty covers the same hardware aspects as the RTB warranty and the same above exclusions apply. Should a product be returned to us which falls under the above exclusions, the customer will be charged for both the collection and return of the product.
