Product Purchase and Shipment

All of our products are second user refurbished products, unless otherwise stated. As a result there may be some slight signs of wear and tear, such as minor scratch marks on exterior casing etc. We do NOT sell products which have obvious or heavy signs of damage or usage, such as large scuffs, scratches or cracks on exterior casing, or pressure marks and blemishes on LCD screens.

We may occasionally offer products which have more significant damage than is usual. This will be clearly pointed out in the description and a price reduction will figure as a result.

All of our products are despatched on a next working day basis with a courier service (Interlink Express). We attempt to ship any order placed through our website within 48 hours of the order placement. Deliveries will take place between 8:30am and 3:00pm Monday to Friday. A signature will be required upon delivery of the item. In the event of no one being available to sign for the item, a calling card will be left to notify the customer of an attempted delivery. The customer will then be required to contact their local depot to arrange for either a re-delivery or collection from the depot in person.

Saturday deliveries can be arranged at an extra cost. Should this service be required, please contact us for a quotation.

Warranty

Our computers systems and laptops are covered by a Return to Base (RTB) warranty. That is, the customer is responsible for returning the equipment to our shop and collecting the equipment once it has been repaired. We can arrange for our courier to collect and return the faulty item at a cost of £35.00. The warranty covers parts and labour. Our RTB warranty is valid for 120 days, unless otherwise stated. We do not sell items on a trial basis. We will not refund monies for goods that the buyer does not want due to the product not being a certain colour, shape, size etc. Items covered by our warranty that are considered faulty beyond repair will be replaced with a product of at least equal specification. Should a product be replaced, the warranty period will not extend beyond the original specified period. Our warranty does not cover:-

• Software faults caused by the end user corrupting the operating system through misuse, installation of incompatible software etc.
• Physical damage to the product as a result of an impact, liquid spillage, power surge or any similar activity.
• Damage to the operating system or other software as a result of virus or spyware infection.
• Laptop power batteries. All batteries supplied are second hand and may not hold a charge for the length of time as specified by the manufacturer when new. All batteries are guaranteed to hold a charge for at least 30 minutes.
